Looking for rewarding work in the quiet hours? Our residential care home is seeking
Night Care Assistants
to ensure residents are safe, comfortable, and well cared for overnight.No prior care experience? No problem! If you're calm, reliable, and caring, we'll give you all the training you need.
What You'll Do:
Support residents with night-time personal care and mobility needs Monitor wellbeing and respond promptly to any assistance requests Carry out regular checks to ensure safety and comfort Provide reassurance and companionship if residents are awake Keep accurate care records using our simple digital system
What We're Looking For:
A warm, attentive personality with a genuine desire to help Good communication skills and basic tech confidence Reliability and the ability to work independently during quiet hours NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is a bonus, but not essential
What We Offer You:

8:00pm and 7:00am
