About Belvedere House:

Belvedere House Nursing Home provides compassionate, high-quality care in a warm and supportive environment. We are looking for dedicated Night Care Assistants to join our bank staff team, helping ensure our residents are safe, comfortable, and well-cared for throughout the night.

The Role:

As a Night Care Assistant, you will work on a flexible, zero-hours basis, covering night shifts as required. Your primary responsibility is the wellbeing of our residents during the night, responding to their needs and supporting a calm, safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personal care and support to residents overnight. Assist with mobility, toileting, and nightly routines. Monitor residents' health and wellbeing, reporting any concerns promptly. Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment. Work collaboratively with the night team to deliver excellent care.

Requirements:

Previous care experience preferred but not essential; full training provided. Compassionate, reliable, and flexible. Good communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to work night shifts on a flexible, zero-hours basis.
