Job Summary:



To work within a team of caring staff in identifying and endeavouring to meet the needs of each resident in a way that respects their dignity and promotes their independence.

Key skills:



Previous experience in an elderly care setting is essential and a NVQ or Diploma in Health and Social Care is desirable. Pay starts the lower rate quoted and moves to the higher rate once deemed competent in the administration of medication.

You will be fully supported by the Care Manager with an induction programme and appropriate training.

Appointment of successful applicants is subject to satisfactory references and clearance by the Disclosure and Barring Service.

Hours of work:



8.15pm-8am, 1 night per week. Nights are not fixed or set and may include alternate weekends though we always try to accommodate requests.
