3 to 4 nights

Salary:

To be discussed 12.50 to 13.50

We're looking for someone who:

Is able to work well under pressure Has excellent communication skills Respects the Catholic ethos and values of the home Is friendly, reliable and enjoys working around older adults Can work independently with a good eye for detail
We are looking for a dedicated Night Care Worker to care for the residents of our care home and to maintain a consistently high standard. Previous experience as a carer is preferred, but not essential.

The Night Carer Role Summary

To provide a high standard of resident care in the home at night and undertake certain domestic duties which can be performed during night hours. To assist day staff in helping prepare residents for bed as required. To provide a high standard of care overnight, including hygiene, continence, mobility, dressing and general care. To assist residents with eating and drinking as required. To answer promptly all alarm calls and seek further assistance if necessary. To receive and act upon instructions regarding specific tasks to be carried out during the night. To carry out regular checks on residents throughout the night
