22:00 - 08:00 | 3 nights on, 3 nights off (includes weekends & bank holidays)

About Towy Castle

Set within three acres of landscaped gardens with beautiful views over the Towy estuary, Towy Castle is a 61-bed residential care home providing specialist residential and dementia care. With over 35 years of trusted service, our long-standing team is proud to deliver person-centred care in a warm and welcoming environment.

Your Role

As a Night Care Assistant, you'll provide essential support throughout the night, ensuring residents feel safe, comfortable, and respected.

Key responsibilities include:

Supporting residents with personal care and bedtime routines Offering companionship and reassurance overnight Monitoring wellbeing and responding promptly to needs Helping residents prepare for the day ahead before handover Maintaining a safe, clean, and calm environment Working closely with colleagues to ensure continuity of care

What We're Looking For

? Previous experience in a care setting (essential)
? Familiarity with dementia care and night routines (preferred)
? Calm, compassionate, and observant nature
? NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards)
? A reliable team player with strong communication skills
