: 22:00 - 08:00 | 3 nights on, 3 nights off (includes weekends & bank holidays)

About Towy Castle

Set within three acres of landscaped gardens and overlooking the Towy estuary, Towy Castle is a 61-bed residential care home with over 35 years of trusted service. We specialise in dementia and elderly care, delivered with warmth, respect, and a true focus on person-centred support.

Your Role

As a Night Care Assistant, you'll be a reassuring presence throughout the night, ensuring residents feel safe, supported, and comfortable.

Key duties include:

Supporting residents with personal care and bedtime routines Offering reassurance, companionship, and emotional support Monitoring wellbeing and responding promptly to any needs Assisting with early morning routines before handover Maintaining a safe, clean, and calm environment Working closely with colleagues to ensure smooth handovers

What We're Looking For

? Previous experience in a care setting (essential)
? Knowledge of dementia care and night routines (preferred)
? Calm, compassionate, and observant approach
? NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards)
? Reliable team player with strong communication skills
