Manor Barn Nursing Home is looking for a full-time Night Care Assistant - 36 hours per week over three nights
As a Health Care Assistant at Manor Barn no two days will be the same. The role is both varied and rewarding, where you'll provide outstanding care to our residents by supporting them with their personal care. You'll provide keyworker support to named residents and ensure their wellbeing by supporting with meaningful conversations and interests whilst promoting their dignity and independence. Person centred care planning will also ensure residents needs are recorded and communicated.

You'll be well supported in this role with access to induction training and on-going personal development to ensure our care practices are always up to date.
This role does involve some bank holiday working, for which enhancements are paid.
