Night Shift Carer

to join our compassionate team, someone kind, reliable, and committed to helping others live their best lives.

About the Role

As a

Night Carer

, you'll play a vital role in supporting our residents overnight, ensuring their comfort, safety, and wellbeing. Working under the direction of a Senior Carer, you'll deliver high-quality, person-centred care in line with best practice, legislation, and our home's values.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Delivering care in line with current legislation, best practice, and internal policies Supporting residents with personal care, mobility, meals, and social engagement Assisting with rehabilitation or therapy programmes under professional guidance Building positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues Maintaining accurate care plans, daily notes, and records Promoting residents' dignity, privacy, and independence at all times Contributing to the smooth and efficient running of the home overnight Safeguarding the welfare and safety of all residents Completing all required training, including the

Care Certificate

(if new to care)
