About Us:
We are a warm, supportive residential care home dedicated to providing person-centred care for our residents. Our night team plays a crucial role in ensuring everyone feels safe, comfortable, and well-supported throughout the night.
Role Overview:
We're looking for a compassionate and reliable Night-Time Carer to join our team. You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality care, offering reassurance, and maintaining a calm and respectful environment during nighttime hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide personal care and support tailored to individual resident needs Assist residents with nighttime routines and mobility Monitor residents' wellbeing throughout the night Respond promptly to calls and emergencies Maintain accurate records and handover notes Support with light domestic tasks to keep the home safe and tidy Work collaboratively with the night team and follow care plans
What We're Looking For:
Previous care experience (preferred but not essential -- full training provided) A kind, patient, and empathetic approach Good communication skills Ability to work independently and remain alert during night hours Commitment to safeguarding and respect for resident dignity
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 12.60 per hour
