33hrs per week (3 x 12hr shifts - 1hr unpaid break

SALARY:

21, 600 - 28, 800 per year for Care Assistant

Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team in Glasgow. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality care and support to individuals in both residential and home settings, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care and meal preparation. Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. Maintain accurate records of client progress and care provided. Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients at all times. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills. Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a care role is preferred but not essential. Strong communication skills with the ability to empathize with clients. Knowledge of care plans and home care procedures is highly desirable. A valid driving license is somewhat beneficial for this role. Basic IT skills are an advantage but not mandatory. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
