The Role

We're looking for a kind and reliable

Night Care Assistant

to join our dedicated team. Working overnight, you'll ensure that our residents feel safe, supported, and comfortable throughout the night.

Key Responsibilities

Assist residents with personal care needs during the evening and night. Provide a calm and reassuring presence overnight. Respond promptly to resident needs and overnight emergencies. Carry out regular wellbeing and environmental checks. Support domestic tasks to maintain cleanliness and comfort. Accurately document care notes and communicate any concerns to senior staff. Promote dignity, privacy, and respect at all times.

What We're Looking For

Previous care experience is desirable, but full training is provided. Compassionate, dependable, and respectful attitude. Ability to work independently and stay alert throughout night shifts. Basic digital skills for recording care notes. Commitment to maintaining high standards of care.

Pay: Up to 12.50 per hour
