Night Care Assistant
to join our friendly team and help make a real difference to the lives of our residents.#
What You'll Do:
Provide personal care and support throughout the night. Help residents with bedtime and morning routines. Offer comfort and reassurance, ensuring everyone feels safe and cared for. Carry out regular checks and respond promptly to residents' needs. Keep accurate records and report any changes in residents' wellbeing. Work closely with nurses and other care staff to deliver excellent care.

What We're Looking For:
A caring, patient, and reliable person. Good communication and teamwork skills. Previous care experience is helpful, but full training is provided. A genuine passion for helping others.
