We are currently recruiting for Night Care Assistants to work at The Sands Meadows Care Home in Hest Bank. The shifts will be 8pm-8am, and will be set on a rota basis including weekends and Bank holidays.
Previous experience in the care industry is advantageous but not essential. You will receive an induction covering all the basic requirements for your role, as well as on the job support from colleagues and your line manager. We offer a number of Health & Social Care Distance Learning Courses to our employees. We also offer the opportunity to progress within the company and are keen to develop our staff as much as we can.
If successful you will be required to apply to the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) for a disclosure. This will be deducted from your first wage but returned after 12 months of employment with The Sands Care Home.
Due to the nature of this role all applicants must be 18 years or over.
