Job Description
JOB PURPOSE:
To support other members of staff in the provision of care; ensuring clients retain as much of their dignity and individuality as possible as well as being involved in the general activities of the Home/Unit. To assist residents at meal times, bath times and bedtimes. Previous care experience essential, NVQ level 2 is desirable/ or willing to train and undertake training both on-line and face to face as required. Must be a team player have flexible availability as we are 24/7 around the clock care.We do not offer sponsorships or student hours at this moment in time. This will be a Bank staff position in the first instance.
