Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to join our team in providing essential care and support to individuals in need. We have two night shifts available, we operate 12 hour shifts 7.15pm to 7.30am, worked between Monday and Sunday with alternate weekends off. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for helping others and ensuring the well-being of those under their care.

Responsibilities:

- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as washing, dressing, and feeding

- Support clients with mobility around their home

- Engage with residents to promote physical and mental well-being

- Maintain accurate care records

- Utilise IT systems for documentation and communication purposes (Log My Care)

Qualifications:

- Proficient in English with excellent communication skills

- Experience in understanding and working to care plans would be advantageous

- Basic IT skills for record keeping and communication purposes

- Previous experience in home care or care home settings is advantageous
