We are currently recruiting for a Night Shift Carer to join

our team at Harwood Court

.

This role involves delivering high-quality, person-centred care overnight, supporting our residents in line with best practice, legislative requirements, and our home's policies and procedures.

About the Role

As a Carer on

night shift,

you will provide high-quality, person-centred care under the direction of a Senior Carer. Working under the guidance of a Senior Carer you will follow established care plans and practices while always treating residents with dignity, respect, and kindness.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Providing care in line with current legislation, best practice, and internal policies Supporting residents with daily living activities such as personal care, mobility, meals, and social engagement Assisting with rehabilitation and therapy programmes under the guidance of health professionals Building positive relationships with residents, families, and the wider care team Keeping accurate records, care plans, and daily notes Promoting the privacy, dignity, and safety of residents at all times Contribute to the efficient overnight running of the service and ensure continuity of care during handover. Be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare and safety of residents throughout the night. Completing all required training, including the Care Certificate (if new to care)
