We're looking for a Day Care Assistant to join our lovely team at Bowood Court Care Home, a friendly 59-bed home in Enfield, Redditch, on a permenant, full time basis,


In this role, you'll be at the heart of our residents' daily lives - offering a smile, a listening ear, and hands-on support with personal care, mealtimes and activities. We're searching for someone kind, patient and compassionate, who will treat our residents like family and help make every day a little brighter.

About the Care Assistant role:

Pay of 12.36 per hour 44 hours per week Night shifts 7pm - 7am Alternate weekend work required

What we are looking for;

Previous care experience (desirable) Good literacy, numeracy and communication skills Positive and caring attitude (essential)
