Every shift is different as we support our fun and lively group of adults with learning disabilities.

We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team, this is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

The role will require weekend work and overtime will regularly be offered. The successful applicant will be fully flexible in the hours they work, in addition to their minimum of 12 hours per week.

Duties:

- Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

- Support individuals with mobility

- Administer medication according to care plans

- Engage in meaningful conversations and provide companionship

- Maintain a clean and safe environment for individuals

- Document and report any changes in the individual's condition or behaviour

- Support the residents to achieve their potential and to have fun!

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to follow care plans and instructions accurately

- Experience working in a care home or home care setting is preferred.

- Proficient in English language

- Basic IT skills for documentation purposes

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
