This position is full time
Southminster Residential home is based in the quaint village of Southminster in Essex.
We are currently looking for a full time Health care assistant for nights to join us and become part of our award winning team at the home. All we ask is that you are flexible in your working approach to meet the needs of our residents residing at the home . Experience is preferred but not essential.
The client base at the home covers a wide spectrum of care needs that include Dementia Care, Respite Care and General Residential care.
The main duties will cover the following but is not exhaustive:
General care for the health and wellbeing of our residents. Full assistance in all personal care Assisted dining where required. Activities interaction and social engagement. Care plan reviews. Being part of our successful team.
Qualities essential to the position:
Conscientious and caring individual. Good communication skills. Able to work autonomously as well as a team player. Reliability.
