As a Care Assistant on Nights, you will:
Provide high-quality, person-centred care to residents during night hours
Assist with personal care, mobility, and bedtime routines
Support residents throughout the night, ensuring comfort and safety
Respond promptly to any needs or emergencies
Maintain accurate records and follow individual care plans
What We Are Looking For
Previous experience in a care setting (preferred but not essential)
A kind, empathetic, and patient approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work alternate weekends and night shifts
A genuine passion for supporting older people
