Care Assistant
Duties:
- Assisting clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Providing companionship and emotional support to clients
- Administering medication as directed by healthcare professionals
- Assisting with meal planning and preparation
- Performing light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and cleaning
- Monitoring clients' health and reporting any changes to the supervisor
- Assisting with mobility and transferring clients as needed
- Providing transportation for clients to appointments or social outings
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic caregiving techniques and principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
