: 36 hours per week | 3 x 12-hour shifts (19:30 - 07:30)
Rolling rota includes weekends and public holidays

About Hawthorn Court

Hawthorn Court is a 22-bed residential care home near Swansea, offering care for older adults, including those with dementia or complex health needs. We pride ourselves on our fast-paced yet close-knit and supportive team culture, with a focus on dignity, respect, and responsive care.

Your Role

Working night shifts, your duties will include:

Assisting with personal care such as toileting and mobility support Supporting residents through evening routines and morning preparations Providing companionship and reassurance during the night Monitoring wellbeing and reporting any changes Helping maintain a clean, calm, and safe overnight environment Supporting handovers to ensure continuity of care

What We're Looking For

? Minimum 1 year of experience in a UK care home (essential)
? Previous experience supporting people with dementia (essential)
? Reliable, calm, and confident under pressure
? Strong communication and teamwork skills
? NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to achieve)
? Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays on a rolling rota
