Night Care Assistant - Hawthorn Court Care Home

Permanent, Full (3 shifts) or Part Time (2 shifts) Hours Available

Hours:

24-36 per week | 12-hour shifts (19:30 - 07:30) | Rolling rota including weekends and bank holidays

About Hawthorn Court

Hawthorn Court is a 22-bed residential care home near Swansea, providing specialist dementia and elderly care in a warm, family-style environment.

Your Role

Provide night-time personal care and support Assist with mobility, continence, and wellbeing needs Offer reassurance and companionship overnight Support morning routines and handovers Maintain cleanliness, safety, and a calm environment

What We're Looking For

? Minimum 1 year's experience in a UK care home
? Knowledge of dementia care (essential)
? Calm, compassionate, and reliable
? NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to complete)
