ranging from 12 to 36 hours per week | 19:30-07:30 | Weekends & bank holidays on rota

Hawthorn Court Care Home is seeking a Night Care Assistant to join our dedicated team. If you're confident in providing night-time support and enjoy helping residents feel safe and comfortable, this role provides stability and purpose.

About Hawthorn Court

We are a 22-bed residential service providing specialist dementia and elderly care. Our home in Swansea has a warm, friendly atmosphere with a team who work closely together to deliver person-centred support.

Your Responsibilities

Providing personal care during the night Supporting mobility and continence needs Offering company and reassurance Preparing residents for the morning and assisting with handover Maintaining cleanliness, infection control, and safety standards

What You'll Need

At least one year of care home experience in the UK Strong understanding of dementia care A patient, reliable, and compassionate manner NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care or willingness to work towards it
