Positions Available:

We have a night carer position which is for 2 shifts per week i.e. 20 hours. Our shift times are 10.00pm to 8.00am. We also have a bank position available (days and/or nights) for anyone who is looking to pick up additional hours without being tied into a weekly contract.

Enhanced pay for extra shifts worked

Responsibilities:

Provide overnight care and support to residents. Assist with personal care tasks, including toileting and grooming. Respond promptly to residents' calls for assistance. Maintain a safe and secure environment during the night. Maintain accurate records of care provided. Collaborate with the care team to ensure residents' needs are met.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a care or support role. NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (desirable). Compassionate and patient nature. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team. Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends. Enhanced DBS clearance.
