About the Role

We are currently seeking compassionate and reliable

Night Care Assistants

to join our dedicated team at Stanfield Nursing Home.

ALL TRAINING PROVIDED

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, person-centred care in line with residents' individual Care and Support Plans. Support residents with daily living activities including personal care, dressing, and grooming. Assist residents at mealtimes, ensuring their nutritional and hydration needs are met. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment, including tidying rooms and managing laundry. Uphold infection prevention and control standards and report any potential hazards or concerns promptly. Engage residents in meaningful social activities that promote independence and well-being.

Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a

caring, reliable, and dedicated Night Care Assistants

who takes pride in providing exceptional personal care and meaningful support to residents. You should have a compassionate heart, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn and develop within the health and social care sector.

A strong work ethic, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a difference are essential qualities for this role.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract

Pay: 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 33 per week
