Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to join our Night team in providing essential care and support to individuals in need. We have 4 night shifts available, we operate 12 hour shifts, 8pm to 8am worked between Monday and Sunday with alternate weekends off. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for helping others and ensuring the well-being of those under their care.

Responsibilities:

- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as washing, dressing, and feeding

- Support clients with mobility around their home or care facility

- Engage clients in activities to promote physical and mental well-being

- Maintain accurate care records

- Utilise IT systems for documentation and communication purposes (Log My Care)

Qualifications:

- Proficient in English with excellent communication skills

- Experience in implementing care plans

- Basic IT skills for record keeping and communication purposes

- Previous experience in home care or care home settings is advantageous
