Job Description
BROOKFIELD CARE HOME in Lazenby.
Healthcare Assistant - x2 Nights.
The ideal candidates should have experience in adult Dementia / Mental Health care and have worked in a similar environment.
Willing to complete training and to up date training.
Experience in working with adults who have a Dementia / Mental Health conditions is required.
Good Communication and documentation will be part of the role so good spoken and written English is required.
Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, mobility, assistance with nutrition and all other aspects of daily living needs. Completion of paperwork
The positions will include weekends.
