The Role

As a

Care Assistant

, you will support residents with their daily living activities, promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing. You'll work closely with Senior Care Assistants and Registered Nurses to ensure each resident receives exceptional, person-centred care.

Responsibilities include:

Providing personal and emotional support to residents Assisting with meals, mobility, and personal care needs Promoting residents' independence and choice Maintaining accurate records and reporting changes to senior staff Supporting the smooth and efficient running of the care home

Requirements:

You

must have the legal right to work in the UK

No visa sponsorship is available for this role

Must be able to provide valid ID (including a birth certificate) Ability to commute or relocate reliably to

Newport NP20 2FG

Experience is welcome but not essential - full training will be provided NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care (preferred but not required)
