Duties
Assist patients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility.
Support the implementation of individual care plans tailored to each patient's needs.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
Monitor and report any changes in patients' conditions or behaviors to the appropriate healthcare staff.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by adhering to health and safety regulations.
Document patient care activities accurately using our app.
Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
Driver and access to a car
- we pay your mileage.
Previous
experience
in home care or a care home setting is
preferred but not essential - full training offered
Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
A
compassionate
approach with a genuine desire to help others.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
Flexibility to work varied shifts as required by the role.
