Job Description

Due to the nature of the role, you must be a driver with access to your own vehicle.

We are recruiting for Reablement Home Care Assistants in Northamptonshire area to assist elderly people to maintain independence within their own homes.

There is a full training program before starting work, as well as "shadow shifts", where you would go out with an experienced carer to learn the role, so we welcome applications from those new to care as well as people who have previously worked in care.

Alongside the induction training you can be signed up to do a fully funded NVQ upon starting with Carewatch.

Full and part time hours are available. The shift times would be generally between the hours of 6.30am - 2pm and/or 3pm to 10pm. This would include working alternate weekends on a two week rota.

12.60 per hour Driving Licence and access to own vehicle required

The successful candidates will need a full UK driving license

and access to a vehicle.
