Job Description
Norwa Care is urgently hiring compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants to join our growing team in Norwich and nearby areas.
As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting individuals in home care or care home settings, ensuring their comfort, safety, and overall well-being.

Pay:
12.50 per hour minimum rate (weekly pay)

Key Responsibilities
Assist with daily living tasks such as personal hygiene, dressing, and meal preparation Follow individual care plans and monitor client progress Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals Accompany clients to appointments or social outings Maintain a clean, safe environment in line with health and safety standards Accurately document care activities Offer companionship and emotional support
Requirements
Previous experience in home care or a care home setting Strong verbal and written English communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Familiarity with IT systems for documentation is a plus A caring, empathetic attitude and commitment to high-quality care Strong values aligned with person-centred support is a must
