Job Description

A Full UK Driving License and access to own vehicle is essential for this role

Our service is provided in a 24/7, 365 days environment; shifts include weekend & Bank Holiday working.

Shift Pattern:



Our standard shift structure is 12 1/2 hour shifts (includes unpaid break)

Day Shift - 7:30am-8:00pm Night Shift - 7:30pm-8:00am Homecare Shift - In the community (hours vary)

Enhanced Rates - Weekends, Evenings & Bank Holidays:



+30% Saturdays & Evenings +60% Sundays & Bank Holidays

24,937 - 30,162 FTE per annum, dependent on experience



Care Salary Band: 3/4

We are looking for individuals with

experience of working within a similar caring profession

who want to further their experience or develop skills working in children's palliative care.

All the training and development required to deliver children's palliative care including:

EACH Care Assistant Development Programme Children's Palliative and End of Life Care Training Programme

Regular clinical, safeguarding and management supervision to support your professional development.


The support you need to enable you to provide safe and effective care and support to the children and their families who use our service.
