7am-7pm

at an hourly rate of

12.75 or 13.25

(if you are medication trained).

We have an exciting opportunity for Care Assistants to join our dedicated team at CQC rated 'Outstanding' care home, St Johns House. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our residents, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care in a nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist residents with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and general hygiene. Provide personalised care and support to a diverse group of residents, including those with alzheimer's, dementia, epilepsy, and sensory impairments. Maintain confidential and accurate records in care plans. Engage residents in activities like reading, writing, hobbies, and friendly conversations to promote mental and physical well-being. Foster good working relationships with colleagues, residents, and visitors, creating a supportive environment for everyone.
