Our Care Assistants play a crucial role in helping individuals with personal care and daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being. This role requires excellent communication skills, a caring nature, and the ability to follow care plans while maintaining a respectful and supportive atmosphere.

Requirements

Valid UK driving license and access to a car

Previous care experience beneficial but not essential - full training provided Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written) Ability to follow and update tailored care plans Basic IT skills for maintaining records and team communication Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others

What We Offer

Part-time hours only - up to 24 hrs per week (20 hrs for Skilled Worker visa holders under UKVI rules) Supportive, friendly team culture Fixed shift patterns - specific days can be agreed after interview 12.21 per hour starting rate Paid mileage & travel time

Duties

Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming Support clients with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety at all times Prepare meals and assist with dietary needs as outlined in care plans Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations and activities Maintain accurate records and report any changes to the appropriate personnel
