Job Title: Care Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to individuals within the care home
- Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Help with meal preparation and feeding if required
- Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals
- Transfer individuals using moving and handling equipment
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and tidying up
- Accompany clients to appointments or social outings
- Assist individuals with bedtime routines
- Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or behaviour to the appropriate members of the management team
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents

- Working hours: 18.00 - 00.00.

Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic caregiving techniques and practices
- Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and their families
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately

- Must be able to speak Tamil and English
