Your Role
As a Healthcare Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
Personal Care:
Assisting clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, ensuring dignity and comfort.
Mobility Support:
Helping clients with mobility, including transferring and positioning, to promote independence and safety.
Meal Preparation:
Preparing and serving nutritious meals, catering to dietary needs and preferences.
Medication Assistance:
Supporting clients with medication management, ensuring timely and accurate administration.
Household Support
: Assisting with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Companionship:
Providing emotional support and engaging in meaningful conversations to enhance clients' well-being.
Transportation:
Driving clients to appointments or social activities as required, ensuring a safe and pleasant journey.
Documentation:
Maintaining accurate records of client care and reporting any changes in health or behaviour to the appropriate personnel.

Who We're Looking For
We are seeking individuals who:

Are reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
Hold a valid UK driving licence
Have previous experience in a healthcare setting (desirable but not essential; training will be provided).
