Croft Avenue Care Home is a warm and welcoming environment where we provide exceptional care for our residents. We are currently seeking a caring and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Assist residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting. Help residents with mobility issues and transfers. Assist with meal times and ensure that residents are getting proper nutrition. Provide emotional support to residents and their families. Record and report any changes in residents' health Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.

Requirements:

Prior experience as a Care Assistant is preferred. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and infection control procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work as part of a team and under your initiative. Willingness to undergo a DBS check.
