Our mission is to enhance the lives of our residents with exceptional care -- and now, we're excited to announce the opening of a brand-new care home in Woking.
We're looking for dedicated, compassionate individuals to join our team and help us build something truly special from the ground up. Our new home is set to open between December and January, subject to CQC registration, and we want YOU to be part of this exciting journey.

About the Role

Health Care Assistant
, you'll not only support residents with day-to-day living -- you'll also be part of the moments that bring them joy.

What You'll Be Doing
You'll support our residents with:
Personal care (e.g. washing, dressing, toileting, and mobility support)
Mealtimes and hydration
Social and recreational activities
Emotional support and companionship
Promoting independence and dignity in all aspects of care
What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who is:
Warm, patient, and empathetic
A great communicator with strong spoken and written English
Passionate about improving the lives of others
A team player who thrives in a caring, community-focused environment
Essential:

Experience in a care setting or supporting others
Health & Social Care Diploma (NVQ/QCF Level 2 or equivalent)
