Due to an increase in occupancy we are looking for candidates with relevant experience in the care sector, however training will be provided for the right candidates, all we ask is that you have a passion for helping people when it comes to care and will put our residents at the heart of everything you do.

Care Assistants come from all walks of life, and we are looking for caring individuals to join our team who share the same values we do - care, compassion and teamwork! As a care assistant you will be supporting our residents with all aspects of personal care and support, and you'll do it all with the full support of our fantastic team

Shift times are 8am-3pm, 3pm-10pm and 8am-8pm for days and Night shifts are 8pm-8am or 10pm-8am

All our new recruits undertake a half day induction and a robust, ongoing training programme is provided for all candidates. You will have the opportunity to gain additional qualifications including NVQ Levels II and III and to complete the All Wales Social Care Induction Framework.

Pay rates starting from 12.60 per hour We would prefer you to have COVID 19 vaccination prior to commencing employment A referable work history is required along with an enhanced DBS disclosure as this role involves working in regulated activity with vulnerable adults. (cost of DBS to be covered by applicant) We have joined with Arriva Bus Wales to offer all employees up to 25% discount on bus travel
