We are currently looking for dedicated and compassionate

Care Assistants (HCA)

to join our team and provide high-quality care across

residential and nursing homes in Cambridge

.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced carers who are passionate about supporting individuals to live with dignity, comfort, and independence.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personal care and support to residents, including assistance with washing, dressing, and mobility. Support individuals with meal preparation and feeding where required. Maintain accurate care records and documentation. Work collaboratively with nurses and other healthcare professionals. Promote a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents. Offer companionship and emotional support to residents.

Requirements:

Minimum

6 months of care experience in the UK

(mandatory)
Ability to work flexible shifts - days, nights, or weekends
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to providing quality care
Must have the right to work in the UK (

no sponsorship provided

)
Updated training certificates and DBS preferred
