Role Overview

We are seeking

female carers

to join our dedicated team, delivering person-centred dementia support and home care across Denbighshire. You will play a vital role in supporting clients with daily routines and helping them live comfortably and safely at home.

Requirements

Female applicants only

(genuine occupational requirement under Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9, Paragraph 1)

Valid UK Driving Licence

- essential

Access to your own car or moped

for work purposes

Right to work in the UK

live in the UK

Key Responsibilities

Provide personal care and practical support to clients in their own homes Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, medication reminders, and companionship Support clients with mobility and personal hygiene needs Follow individualised care plans and maintain accurate records Promote dignity, independence, and overall well-being

Pay and Benefits

Hourly rate:

12.75-13.50 per hour (depending on shifts)

Additional pay:

Holiday pay Mileage allowance of

40p per mile

between visits

Work-life balance:

Every other weekend off

Training and development:

Full induction and ongoing support

Paid holidays:

28 days per year (including bank holidays)

Flexible hours:

Full-time and part-time roles available
