The extensively trained team will deliver all the specialist care and support services that loved ones require.
The role will also include alternate weekends.
Full time 33 hour per week contract
Experience required working with the elderly either in a Care Home Setting or Home Care
ideally the candidate should have a minimum of NVQ level 2 in Health and Social care
Must have a minimum 12 months work experience as a care assistant,
