We are looking for Care Assistants to join our professional and friendly team.

PLEASE NOTE - WE DO NOT OFFER RE-LOCATION PACKAGES

Full time and part time day and night positions are available. We welcome experienced and knowledgible applicants as well as applicants who have no experience but feel they have the warmth, compassion and enthusiasm to assist our service users in living their best life.

We cover a wide range of care needs from young adults upwards. You will be responsible for supporting and enabling our Service Users to maintain skills and personal interests whilst delivering person centred care unique to each individual. You will be expected to ensure individual care plans are followed and that Service Users are at the heart of care delivery and their wishes and preferences enhance their wellbeing.

As a Care Assistant at Astrum House you will complete the Care Certificate Course if you are new to the care sector as well as an indepth in-house induction. All our staff are encouraged to complete their Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care within 2 years of being with the Company and many choose to progress within the Company through levels 3, 4 and 5. There are plenty of opportunities to expand you knowledge and we work closely with local colleges, offering lots of courses to help you do this.
