We're Nurslink Homecare--a national team supporting idividuals to thrive in their own homes. We're now hiring confident, experienced care assistants in the Tunbridge and Maidstone area for short shifts supporting children with complex needs and challenging behaviour.

You'll need to be calm, resilient, and patient. These are children who need you to show up with compassion, consistency, and a great sense of humour. If you've worked as a care assistant with young people with autism, learning disabilities, or emotional regulation challenges, we'd love to hear from you.

You do need a full driving license and access to your own vehicle to work as a care assistant with us, as our clients live in the community.
