What We Offer You

Flexible contracts (typical week is 34.5 hrs/week - we'll work with you)
Shift patterns: Days 7am-7pm | Nights 7pm-7am
Paid break time - 30 mins of your hour is paid
Full training & paid DBS
Funded qualifications (NVQs / diplomas in care)

What You'll Be Doing
As a Care Assistant, you'll -
Support residents with daily routines and personal care
Encourage independence and dignity
Join in with wellbeing and social activities
Provide companionship, conversation, and a friendly smile
Build strong, trusted relationships with residents and their families
