Our luxury care home is situated in the beautiful, historic town of Sale, offering Residential, Dementia & Respite care for 72-residents.


Care Assistant - Join Our Compassionate Team





We're looking for dedicated Care Assistants to join our team and help us deliver outstanding care to our residents. As a valued member of our care team, you'll play a vital role in promoting dignity, independence, and well-being in a warm and supportive environment.

What You'll Do



Support Daily Living

- Help residents with personal care, mobility, and everyday tasks while encouraging independence.

Deliver Compassionate Care

- Follow individual care plans, ensuring each resident's needs are met with kindness and respect.

Promote Well-being

- Monitor residents' health, report concerns to senior staff, and assist with communication to families or healthcare professionals.

Create a Welcoming Environment

- Support social engagement among residents and help maintain a safe, comfortable home.

Assist at Mealtimes

- Help residents with eating and drinking, ensuring they receive the nutrition they need.

Respond to Needs

- Act promptly to call bells and emergencies, always putting resident safety first.

Spread Joy

- Bring a smile to our residents' faces every day!

About You



Experience

- Ideally, you have at least 6 months of experience in a care setting, but if you have a caring nature and transferable skills, we'd love to hear from you.

Qualifications

- An SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is preferred, but not essential.

- You have a genuine passion for elderly care and a strong sense of teamwork.
