Job Specification

You will be required to carry out day-to-day tasks within Rowan House.

The role includes:

Administering personal care Provide support with day to day activities Attend outings into the community
You will mainly be working with the elderly, people living with Dementia, people living with physical disabilities, people with sensory disabilities or people recovering from a period in hospital.

We are looking for people who are

Caring Trustworthy Reliable Confident Adaptable Have excellent communication skills

Experience

No previous experience is required, but would be beneficial. Diploma in Health & Social care would also be beneficial.

Training

Comprehensive induction course for all new starters.

We expect all mandatory training to be kept up to date.

We encourage staff to complete their Diplomas in Health & Social Care

We promote the personal development of our staff and ongoing, tailored training is always available.
