In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals in care/nursing homes, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of those in your care.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Support individuals with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety at all times. Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in residents' conditions to the appropriate personnel. Engage residents in social activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.

Skills

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with residents, families, and team members. Minimum of 3 months experience in a care/nursing home setting. A compassionate nature with a commitment to providing high-quality care and support.
