Nirvair Services are delighted to be working with one of the UK's leading care providers to hire care workers for one its busy care homes based in Gravesend.

As a care assistant you will be a vital part of the organisation but more importantly our residents day to day lives and daily responsibilities will include assisting with daily needs such as laundry, washing, medication assistance and basic food preparation, speaking to both residents in a professional and polite manner dealing with any queries or concerns and general care assistant duties.

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting individuals within care homes or providing home care services.

Skills

Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy, patience, and professionalism Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently Must have a portable DBS
Must have own car to reach the nursing home.
